Oh absolutely. They’re always passing through and visiting each other, the door might as well just be a hallway. I imagine they spend a lot of time together in the student council room, especially now that it’s not so blocked off and secluded, because according to En, the couch is perfect for napping on and it’s quieter in there. At least, that’s what he says the reason is for why he’s there all the time (and hence, why Atsushi is always there with him). In reality it has a lot more to do with a certain someone with pretty silver hair. And maybe also the tea snacks. Just a little.
