Day 2 #Xayahtober2023 Sacrifice
On Xayah's hands, the blood of the human she killed drips like a condemnation. His eyes, once filled with innocence, now reflect terror and panic. On his face you can see the burden of the decision that changed his destiny. That day Xayah sacrificed more than her empathy and her old life.

Okay, let's move on to day two, and I tried to do something different, but I don't think it turned out well haha, I still like it a lot.
This drawing is not of any Xayah, but of the version of Xayah that I have, Heartless (Kind of an Undertale Au ahaha). And it is easy to recognize by the scar on his right eye, which is not very noticeable here x,d
This is all because I want to continue exploring more of the story I'm giving you. And, analyzing it, the fact that she saw the human attack on her village, seeing everyone die and being the only one who could escape, must have generated trauma for the survivor. Adding that that same day, after a human who came to chase her, she tried to flee, but the cornered verse had no choice but to kill him. And let's just say that murdering someone with her own hands after still dealing with the shock of her family's death, I don't think it was pretty for little Xayah.
So this drawing is to reflect that "sacrifice" of having killed someone (even if it was a human who deserved it), because not only did he lose his innocence, his peace, his empathy, but mainly because of the blood of his family that was given for her to survive.
