Ralph has been an escape artist since I've had him. I just bought him a new cage a few months ago and he has figure out a way to try to escape. He climbs to the top and sits there and snips the mesh with his large claw. On 12/3/19 I came home to check on my hermit crab Ralphael, like always, to find that he had molted. At first I thought he was dead then I saw he had just shed his exoskeleton. I couldn't clean his cage until today cause if you didn't know hermit crabs eat their exoskeleton to absorb the nutrients. I just wanted to share this cause I thought it was interesting and hoped y'all would too.
