thinking about project hail mary and outer wilds. project hail mary says your world is ending and you can stop it. outer wilds says the universe is ending and you can't do anything about it. project hail mary says you get one chance. outer wilds says you get infinite chances, but only one that matters. project hail mary says the world knows your task. outer wilds says nobody but you knows your task. project hail mary says there are aliens and they're just like us. outer wilds says there were aliens and they were just like us. project hail mary says you can remember nothing but your task. outer wilds says you remember everything. they both say no matter the outcome, what you did mattered.

this whole thing with supriya ganesh not being in season 3 of the pitt grinds my gears boils my blood because ok i can cope ok i can cope with her not being there but with her storyline being what it is (was bc we DOIDN'T EVEN SEE FOR HER 5 MINUTES THIS EPISODE), it feels impossible to me that they are going to be able to wrap it up neatly and in a satisfactory manner in one(1!) ONE hour. going back to the point about her NOT EVEN BEING IN EPISODE 14 OF SEASON FOR EVEN 5 FUCKING MINUTES- i have no hope for them to even be able to finish her storyline AT ALL, with how she barely got any screen time the past 3 episodes

i feel like i could give them grace by saying this is the format of the show, you cannot show exceptional growth/acceptance from the characters in one day, that is not realistic - OK. i get that. but why on gods green earth if you were not going to sign her on/ if she was not going to agree to being on season three, were you going to set up her storyline in this season in this manner? why.

i can cope with being wrong okay. please tell me i'm wrong and that they are going to give her the amount of screentime necessary in the finale to actually tie her character in a bow, but in my heart of hearts i cannot bring myself to believe such a thing because i know the finale will be focused on robby confronting al-hashimi and on robby coming to a final decision about his impending doom

it feels like i've been lured to a show that promised me a satisfactory continuation to samira mohan's character arc but instead they trapped me into this pitt of despair and horror

Aren't Xenomorphs and Predators like natural enemies? I don't want Herrah and Hornet fighting her siblings to the death just cause. At least in canon she's testing them.

this au is more Alien textures slapped on Hollow Knight Lore and Plot

also one thing I didn’t mention is the Radiance’s role in this whole AU. 

The Radiance Hive is a mutated Xenomorph line where their blood is orange and once spilled becomes gaseous toxic fumes instead of terrifyingly burny acid. When a xenomorph or facehugger expires from this hive they bloat within a day and explode, making the air around them toxic.

mayaps this toxic blood infects other animals like an out of control pathogen like rabies on steroids. in the later stages they become bloated as well and once punctured can explode and make the air toxic once again.

The Radiance Hive can make entire planets uninhabitable if they get out of hand.

So idk plot- the Radiance Hive has been spotted on the planet Earth which PK is now King over and somehow Predators are involved. 

BASICALLY what i’m getting at is that for the time being in this crossover is the saying “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” so to meet a common goal the royal siblings don’t really fight to the death bc of Radiance infection hive.

i like that i've just started sherlock and co and now all i see is people being scared about the final problem. love that for me. i have around 100 episodes to catch up on and i'm scared, mostly because i'm scared i won't catch up before it airs
