I always thought that since crowley bragged about “having demon dean” to exactly one person (sam), there in fact wasn’t much there except a weak attempt to be sam, complete with him calling him “jerk” and crowley complaining about dean’s lady friend on screen. Crowley is smug over the blade later but not much else. he’s not all that braggy to others which would be a crowley mo if he was proud of it. He makes snide bromance comments to Dean and one sleazy pedo boy comment which speaks to the fact that crowley knew it was not actually consensual situation. and i think it was a post i saw that compared him to magnus? fits better. Even with how he relates to Dean and the blade as (oddly sexual) attack dog.
Yupp.
I look at it like this:
The obvious sexual references make re:dean/crowley when dean is demonised is a pointed way to show their dynamic and the events between them in a network that doesn't allow men to kiss or whatever. So they can't depict things outright, and substitute it with as many references to twins and orgies and demon sex and demon relationships. Even their conflict is framed as a "breakup".
The fact that most of these innuendos comes from Crowley, especially in darker tones IS important. (When Dean is having relationship - coded moments with Crowley, it's a lot softer. Their scene after Rowena's act, for example. But he suffers for it because Crowley is not a good person lol).
So usually Crowley is forcing these references. As he always does. He does this even with Kevin who's literally a child. This is his MO. It doesn't mean anything sexual happened so much as it means that Crowley is rapey.
Sometimes people like to think Crowley is just a cunty gay villain or smth and ignore the predator vibes. I don't mind hc or whatever but it does annoy me a bit as an analysis of canon events.
Basically, I don't think Dean and Crowley had sex. I do think Crowley had sexual interactions with him when Dean was extremely compromised.
