Ramen Christmas- Jackson
Prompt: When (Y/N) has to work late on Christmas Day, ramen chef Jackson Wang brings Christmas to their office
Word count: 839
A/N: We’re bringing back GOT7! I loved writing this scenario and don’t ask me why I made Jackson a ramen chef- I have no idea. Enjoy!!
You looked up at the clock. It was already 4 pm, your boss would be on his way any minute now. You had volunteered to work late on Christmas Day since you had recently moved to the city on your own and didn’t have much waiting for you at home anyway. If you could make some families happy, why wouldn’t you? You stared at the pile of paperwork on your desk and developed a sense that it was mocking you.
“Alright (Y/N), I’m heading out.” Your boss finally packed up. “Merry Christmas!”
“You too. Enjoy the holidays.” You sighed once he left, leaving you alone in the now quite dark office.
The only light was emanating from your own desk in its weak yellow glimmer. The mere sight of it was giving you a headache. You put on some music and got to work, deciding to do some archive work to distract you from the pile on your desk.
“(Y/N)?” You jumped in surprise.
“Jesus Christ you scared me.” You turned around, your hand resting on your chest in an attempt to calm down your beating heart. You recognized the man before you as Jackson Wang, the one friend you had made since your arrival. He owned a crazy popular ramen restaurant downtown and he made THE best ramen you had ever tasted. Necessarily, you had met him while at his restaurant.
“Jackson! What are you doing here?”
“Well I heard you would be working on Christmas Day and I just thought that was sad. No offense.”
“It’s alright. I don’t really mind I didn’t have plans anyway. But didn’t you?”
“Doesn’t matter. No one should be alone on Christmas.” He smiled.
“Thanks.” You blushed.
“Wait you didn’t see the goodies I brought.”
He brandished a bag full of goodies: snacks, cup ramen, chocolate, candy, etc. with a proud smirk on his face. Your eyes lit up.
“You’re too good to me.”
“I know.” He shrugged.
He unpacked the goodies while you got back to work, and you admired his delicateness from the corner of your eye. He did go through all this trouble for someone he had only met recently, which you found very endearing. And if you were being honest with yourself, he was quite the handsome man, so the attention didn’t go unnoticed.
“Do you have a microwave here?” He asked with cup noodles ready to be “cooked”.
“In the break room, walk towards that corridor over there it’ll be the first door on your right.” You smiled.
It was hard to focus with him around, especially when he rolled his sleeves up like that, but you needed to accomplish the bare minimum of work, so you ignored your hormones and forced your brain to cooperate.

Making Ghetto Spaghetti. For anyone that doesn't know how this works, you take a ramen noodle packet, boil the noodles and slather sghetti sauce on it.
