Taiyou Tomato Ramen! Since I’ve been feeling safer venturing into some restaurants some times, I’m really fixated on getting noodles into me before the weather gets cold and cases spike......
Anyway! This place has thin, somen-style noodles and mostly tomato based broths. My husband tried their cheesy tomato ramen with a “risotto” set — rice with crispy onions to sop up the leftover broth. Yum. I got charred chicken chashu ramen, which came with a wedge of PINK GRAPEFRUIT? Probably the most surprising thing I’ve ever found in a bowl of noodles, but actually a nice combo!
