A great way to end the schoolyear - at @nakamuranyc I had to get the Torigara Shoyu because it is one of my all time favorites - this summer will be "lit" whatever that means, and I know it because it is starting off with this delicate salty, smoky broth paired with @sunnoodles Sorry BSGE, but this might be worth not seeing you for half a day...
