PAGASA-DOST issued Heavy Rainfall Warning No. 4 for #NCR_PRSD due to Tropical Storm RAMIL. The warning was issued at 8:00 AM on October 19, 2025 (Sunday). A yellow warning level is in effect for several areas including Quezon, Nueva Ecija, Batangas, Laguna, and Cavite. Light to moderate with occasional heavy rains affecting Metro Manila & nearby provinces.
