“You know what you did, Ranboo.”
Ranboo looked up, and he was in his black, obsidian panic room. He didn’t remember how he got there, but that wasn’t important.
Dream was standing right in front on him.
“N-no. You’re just a voice, you can’t be real,” Ranboo gasped. “You’re just in my head.”
“You know i’m not real,” Dream smiled from underneath his mask,”You know I’m in your head.”
“Stop.” Ranboo demanded. “You’re trying to scare me. None of this is real.”
“Just because i’m not real, or i’m in your head, doesn’t mean that none of this is real.”
Ranboo looked back up at Dream with tears brimmed in his eyes. “Everything you’ve ever told me was a lie, to scare me, to manipulate me, and to control me. Why would I listen to anything you have to say now?”
Dream played with his gloves. “You don’t have to, Ranboo. I have ways of making you listen to me.” He lazily looked back at the hybrid enderman. “Come to the prison. Visit me, and then we can have a talk. I’ll tell you what’s happening to you, and what you did.”
Ranboo jerked awake, sitting up and breathing hard.
It was just a dream. You’re safe.
Ranboo looked around his room. He was sitting in his small house next to Techno and Phil’s place. Ranboo still hasn’t returned to Snowchester yet. He hadn’t talked to Tubbo, either. But to be fair, it was going to be really hard facing Tubbo after “the incident”.
Come to the prison, Dream had said. No, the voice had said. Dream was real, the voice wasn’t. Or was it? If the voice was real, it was probably awaiting Ranboo at the prison, wasn’t it?
Ranboo shivered slightly. It was cold in the snow biomes, and waking up from a nightmare wasn’t exactly warming, either. He glanced outside. It was still dark out, and he could probably make it to Pandora’s Vault and back before daylight came, and no one would even notice he was gone.
No, he told himself. That’s not safe. Especially after such a big enderwalk episode.
But isn’t this it? Ranboo thought. This is the way to see what the voice really is.
He slowly crept out of bed, and walked out to the front door. The door creaked as it opened, and Ranboo walked out into the night.

Technoblade didn’t recognize this place.
He’s been all over the SMP. Of course, there were places in L’manburg and the surrounding countries that Techno hadn’t cared to visit, but he knew he wasn’t anywhere that was built in the area.
He studied his surrrondings. There was stone- no, graves, everywhere. Ones with names and deaths of every person, pet, and life on the SMP.
“How does it feel, to have everyone around you die?” Came a voice behind Techno.
Techno didn’t flinch. You were never supposed to show your opponent that you were uneasy. He turned to face the guy behind him. “What do you want, Dream?”
Dream continued without acknowledging Techno’s words. “Technoblade never dies, right? How does that feel?”
Techno raised his sword. “You’re supposed to be in jail.”
Dream clicked his tongue. “You still owe me a favor, Techno. I haven’t forgotten about that.”
“And? What do you want me to do about that?”
The masked man sighed. “I’m trying to make you a deal here.”
Techno didn’t lower his netherite sword. “What?”
“First of all, you still owe me a favor. That should just speak for yourself.”
“Anything else? Or it that it?”
Dream continued. “I also have a revival book, Techno. And I know you used to be close to Wilbur Soot.”
Techno almost backed up in shock. “What? You think I want him back alive?” His mouth tasted bitter when he remembered the events of November 16th.
“Well, I know you used to be close. And I’m sure he’s changed, or at least Tommy says so.”
Techno didn’t even ask what that meant. He was done with everything tk do with that kid. “Yeah, right, i’m sorry, but I can’t help you.” Techno was about to turn around, when Dream interrupted.
“I also have Ranboo.”
Techno froze. He slowly looked at Dream. “...What?”
Dream smiled beneath his mask like a madman. “I know you care for him. He’s like your little brother, isn’t he? He’s heading straight for the prison, right now, as we speak.” He chuckled to himself. “Poor kid. He doesn’t know what’s real and what’s an illusion.”
Not for one second, did Techno doubt Dream. Dream did many things, but he’s never gave empty threats before.
Techno sighed. He knew it was all a dream, a nightmare, but it was really happening, too. He almost laughed to himself. Dream, having the ability to send dreams.
“What do you need, Dream?”
