The world is not kind, Dream tells EnderWalk. The world is not kind, and you’ve got to be stronger.

But, EnderWalk says. You are kind, and the world has created you.

And Dream smiled bitterly. Perhaps, he says. Or maybe I am just a wolf, hiding.

The world is not a kind place, he thinks when he is sent for and pulled through a portal to (seemingly) fight his mentor.

Dream stares at him, and says nothing. But EnderWalk knows all the same: remember the lessons and don’t let them know what you’ve done.

He covered for EnderWalk in order to keep him from prison, and he keeps Enderwalk’s secrets.

The world is not a kind place, EnderWalk thinks when he walks his pathway and finds a son and a husband in Ranboo’s path.

The world is not a kind place when EnderWalk finds the syndicate room and the portal to Home. He tries to dip a hand into his Homeworld’s portal. It feels nothing like Home. There’s wood all around his hand.

“Your home?” XD asks, and EnderWalk hums in his native tongue.

“You’re Walking, huh?” XD asks again. “I am sorry, Little One. Home is not a place anymore.”

“My home.” EnderWalk says. “It is with the Admin and the dragon is it not?”

XD sighs. “The dragon holds her hoard closer than before, Little One. She misses the Admin and you, but even She knows that you can’t return to her yet. The time here is not done.”

“When will it be done?” EnderWalk asks.

XD settles down from floating. “I don’t know,” he says and slumps forward. “When Dream gets out of prison, I assume.”

EnderWalk takes his hand out of the portal, and teleports toward the outside of the room. “She’s calling for us,” he tells XD. “Me, and her son.”

“I realize that,” XD says and EnderWalk notices the strain in his voice and the quietness he’s showing now. “I realize that She is becoming more and more impatient. She is slowly realizing what the Mortals are doing.”

“If she realizes that you are lying to her?” EnderWalk asks.

“She will kill me, send me back to her son and then crawl through the portal and destroy the world in which keeps her son and you from her.”

EnderWalk hums. “I hope she doesn’t. But Prime help the Mortals if she does. Do you think she’d spare the family I created?”

“Perhaps, if you plead.”

“Mm.”

EnderWalk turns and teleports above the room, XD following a few moments later. “Home will open one day, EnderWalk. The world is kind to those kind to it.” And he teleports away.

EnderWalk hums, and turns to look at the sunrise. “I refer to inform you, XD,” he says to no one. “That the world isn’t kind enough for me.”

It was actually a really beautiful day. The sun was shining and the air was crisp in Snowchester, and not a single cloud was in the sky. Ranboo and Tubbo had decided to take advantage of this rare nice day, and move materials around for the construction of the Bee and Boo hotel. They each had to move several stacks of oak wood and glass panes from Tubbo’s house in Snowchester to the construction site. They both breathed deeply in the fresh air to enjoy how peaceful the day was.  When suddenly it wasn’t. 

“One sec, Tubbo,” Ranboo stopped abruptly. His head was spinning, and he almost stumbled and dropped the wood. Something was wrong.  “Sure, take your time.” Tubbo glanced worriedly at Ranboo. “You good?”

“Y-yeah.” Maybe it was an enderman thing. They had to finish transporting all the wood and glass to finish the second floor, and neither of them wanted to still be working while mobs came out at night, so they needed to pick up the pace. “Let’s go.” Ranboo mumbled.  “We can take a break if you want, man.” Tubbo said uncertainly. He looked up at his enderman hybrid friend.  “Nah, it’s chill.” Ranboo tried to sound casual. “We should take the longer way, we need more dark oak and that way passes that biome.”  “Ok,” Tubbo agreed, however, still looking concerned. “Do you know where we’ll be though? I don’t want to get lost.”

“We can go to my place near Techno’s house, there’s a huge amount of dark oak there. And it’s only a few minutes from here.”  “That works.” Tubbo said, looking up at the sun. “We’ll make it back in time. We might have to stay the night at the hotel, though.”  “That’s ok...” Ranboo’s voice trailed off. His ears were ringing, and-

He stumbled forward into a tree, barely catching himself. The wood and glass panes spilled from Ranboo’s arms. Tubbo raced foward to steady him.

“Ranboo! What the fuck?” Tubbo had never seen Ranboo during an enderwalk, or whatever this was. And he was pretty sure Ranboo had cut himself on the glass when he dropped it.  Ranboo’s eyes looked glazed over, like a zombies. He leaned the tree and pressed his hand to his temple, as if he had a headache.  “Ranboo?” Tubbo asked quietly. He slowly reached out for Ranboo’s shoulder. “Are you o-”

Suddenly Ranboo lunged at Tubbo, shoving him hard onto the icy snow. Tubbo let out a small gasp of surprise and shock.  “Ranboo! It’s me! It’s Tubbo!” No flash of recognition went through Ranboo’s face. His eyes were wide and glassy, the rest of his face blank. His usual shy and anxious composure was rigid and stiff, and for one of the first times in Tubbo’s life, he saw his friend truly resembling an enderman. “Ranboo..?

Ranboo yanked up Tubbo by the collar and slammed him into a tree, knocking the breathe out of him. He gasped in pain.  “Ranboo, please! You’re hurting me!”  At this, Ranboo suddenly staggered back, staring at his hands. He looked shocked, and scared.  “T-tubbo?” His voice cracked. “I-I’m sorry, I can’t control it!”  As quick as it left him, it came back.  His eyes glazed back over, his form going rigid again. Ranboo reached into his inventory as if he was in a trance, and pulled out a long, black weapon.  His netherite axe.  “Ranboo, let’s just think about this!” Tubbo was shell-shocked. Ranboo wouldn’t hurt him, would he? He could recall last night when a baby zombie had gotten into Tubbo’s farm when Ranboo was visiting, and Ranboo had pleaded Tubbo not to kill it. 

“It’s like Micheal!” Ranboo had said. He could have a friend!

Would Ranboo really hurt Tubbo?  But the thing that scared Tubbo was that, a long while ago, Ranboo had pulled Tubbo aside. Tubbo still remembered what happened that day vividly.  “Ranboo? What’s up?” Tubbo had asked. “You okay?”

“Yeah,” Ranboo replied. However, he looked shaken and anxious. “I need to talk to you about something.”

“Go ahead.” Honestly, Tubbo was curious. What could make Ranboo so nervous, and be so important it had to be mentioned in private?  “So, you know how I get enderwalks from time to time?” Ranboo asked.  “Sure, when you sleep, right?”

“Um, not exactly. They can happen when I’m awake, too.”  “Oh,” Tubbo was slightly confused. “Ok. But it’s the same concept, right? You’re just unconscious? Like sleepwalking?”  Ranboo scratched his head. “Kind of. But, uh, there’s more to that.”

Tubbo had been friends with Ranboo for quite some time now, and he could sense when Ranboo was getting agitated or anxious. Even though Ranboo towered over Tubbo, he still put his hand on Ranboo’s shoulder comfortingly.  “I, uhm, tend to accidentally do things I don’t mean to do during these enderwalks sometimes.” Ranboo looked pale. “i don’t even remember them sometimes, and it’s usually bad. Like blowing up a community house, for instance.”  “Oh...” Tubbo was at a loss of speech. He didn’t care for the community house at all, but he was worried for Ranboo, who wouldn’t hurt a fly. He couldn’t imagine how bad Ranboo must’ve felt for being responsible for such a thing.  “There’s more,” Ranboo said. “The voic- I mean, I know I’m completely out of control of what I do, and...” He took a deep breath. “i want you to promise me that if I’m in an enderwalk and about to hurt someone, you’ll do whatever it is to stop me, ok?”  Tubbo froze. This was not what he was expecting.  “Tubbo, you’re my best friend.” Ranboo begged. ”I don’t want to hurt anyone, including you. Please. Do this for me. Only this.”  Deep down, Tubbo knew he would never be able to hurt or restrain Ranboo. He knew he would regret it, but it meant so much to Ranboo. He knew Ranboo better than anyone, and he knew Ranboo’s whole “no choosing a side” thing was for the sole purpose that Ranboo would never have to hurt anyone.  “I promise.”  Ranboo was slowly making his way towards Tubbo, who was still on his back, against the tree. And Tubbo knew, in that instant, that he could never hurt Ranboo. Tubbo knew Ranboo wouldn’t hurt him either, in his normal state. But Tubbo had to defend himself, or Ranboo would never forgive him.  Tubbo decided to take advantage of the glassy state of enderwalk Ranboo and lunged for his arm with the axe in it. To Tubbo’s surprise, Ranboo’s netherite axe clattered to the ground. But, Ranboo’s other fist collided with Tubbo’s face, and Tubbo crumpled back down to the ground.  “Ranboo...” Tubbo grunted. Ranboo had snapped out of it for a second, maybe he could do it again. Tubbo’s arm reached out to the tree, hoping to pull himself up, but Ranboo pinned that hand down. And to Tubbo’s despair, he remembered that Ranboo was way taller than Tubbo, and way stronger, too.  Ranboo’s fist stretched back, preparing to punch Tubbo again, when out of the corner of his eye Tubbo spotted a roof made from dark wood.  Techno’s house.  Without a second thought, Tubbo yelled out, with all his lungs. 

“HELP!!! I’M OVER HERE!!! PLEASE!!” Ranboo’s enderwalk state was so surprised that he turned his head.  “PLEASE! I’M IN THE WOODS!! I’M RIG-”

“Tubbo?” Philza’s surprised voice came.

Looks/noise

The longer you’ve been watching cc!Ranboo the bigger you are. (So one week would be . while 3 months would be . but bigger)

Donos are the loudest of the particles.

The particles can also be loud when we all as a group answer a question or say/spam the same thing.

Each particle makes a small buzzing/humming/vibrating sound.

Acting/Interactions

The reason c!Ranboo hasn’t been able to understand/see/interact with chat is because we speak Ender. (and c!Ranboo has only just re?learnt Enderman)

Why we don’t see what happens when c!Ranboo is Enderwalking is because the particles also go into a trance. You know how Ranboo acts more like a Enderman while E!walking? Chat becomes more un-sentient and more like particles. Therefor we don’t remember.

When c!Ranboo is distressed (aka heavy lore :)) some of the Enderparticles bunch together shaking, some float silently (no humming) in a shocked state, but most buzz around him frantically also distressed, trying to comfort him. But again he couldn’t understand before because we spoke Ender and he didn’t.

Wholesome hq’s

Cuddle piles are more like thousands of bees landing on a beekeeper. But because the Enderparticles vibrate it’s comforting, like they’re purring.

Sometimes on road trips (mansion trips/totem hunting/nether roof) some of particles will land on c!Ranboo and cling to him and sleep or doze. They already do it sometimes on everyday occasions but more so on long trips or mining.
