Ranch Water !

Ingredients:

2 ounces blanco tequila

1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice (from 1 medium lime)

Pinch of flaky salt

Ice

4 ounces sparkling mineral water, preferably Topo Chico

Lime wheel

Instructions:

Place 2 ounces tequila, 1 ounce fresh lime juice, and a pinch of flaky salt in a rocks or highball glass and stir to combine. Fill the glass with ice, top with 4 ounces mineral water, and garnish with a lime wheel.

But that’s not the best thing about it, the best thing is that it could not be easier to make and you can adjust it to your own preference. Tame the sweetness with a dash of simple syrup or orange liquor and boost the taste via the rim of chile-lime salt. Again, Topo Chico is the go-to brand, but by no means limit yourself to it; the best option is out there somewhere. Just put the ice in the highball glass and then the tequila of 2 ounces and lime juice of 1 ounce and then mineral water to the brim. Stir gently , garnish with a lime wedge , and you’ll be having a great time with this drink all through summer .
