I am SO glad Randall decided to go to therapy. I was upset when he got agitated and walked off but glad Beth convinced him to tough it out.

It's common for African American people to not seek treatment. Or to seek it years after suffering from somthing traumatic.

Myself included, sought therapy years later after being sexually abused. Though I am proud of myself and am bettering myself by seeking help, I wish I would have gotten it when I was a teenager
