A week ago I looked at the scale and saw that I was 267.9 lbs. To me, I looked ridiculous. I changed my eating habits. 10 oz of parfait from Vons for breakfast. Isogonics shake with blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and 8 oz of orange juice for lunch. Greens & Proteins thin crust cheese pizza and Caesar salad for dinner, (350 calories.) In 10 days I'm down to 256.2. That's without working out. Well I walk 1 mile 3 times a week. I'm not cute yet, but I do feel better. Give it a chance and stay disciplined.
