I can't say I never imagined being loved the way you love me. Of course I did. I read all of the stories, listened to the songs. I daydreamt of meeting you every time I left my house in middle school. But I could never have known all the ways you would show that love until you'd already done it. Every time you tell me you think I'm pretty, or tell me that you'll take care of me in a hard situation, or say "what my baby wants my baby gets," I realize that it's hard to know about real love until you find it. You can see it in other people and not recognize it in your own life at first. I didn't know I needed someone who laughed when I cried or got angry, but I do, because that's how I know you aren't getting mad back at me. I didn't know I needed someone who didn't care what we ate for dinner, or when we go shopping, or what we watched...but now I know I'm too picky for anything but what I want sometimes. I didn't know I wanted someone who would purposefully try to teach me to deal with the unexpected or frustrating, but some mornings you push my buttons just to make sure I'm getting there. I don't know how I got so lucky, but I did. Every day I am reminded that I have someone, you, that thinks I'm worth every minute, every dollar, every kiss. And I think you're worth it too.

Though a lot has changed, this guy is still my number one. My voice. My muse. My top inspiration/idol. He's helped me through the worst of times. I couldn't be more grateful to finally be so painfully alive and sober. Just like him, aha. He still means the world to me. I haven't stopped thinking about him at all. I can't wait to hear his words on Rainier Fog. He's still great. He's still genius. And he'll never stop inspiring the hell out of me. I love you, Jer. I can't believe that I almost went to a different world without you. God knows I would have missed the fuck out of your music aka you. I adore you, man. I'll try to stay strong, like you. Your strength is unbelievable to me sometimes. So thanks for always standing up, I know it's not easy. I appreciate it beyond words.

i just wanna say BLESS @icantevenoroddanymore !! i see all your responses to the au, and they always make me so happy, and give me courage to keep posting !! you seem invested in it, and you pay such close attention to detail, it’s phenomenal, and flattering to me as the creator !! thank you for being such a wonderful person💓 ( the pics are their comments on my most recent update (12.5) and it rlly made me smile to see someone really getting into it )
