For a really long time I've had this impression that Anthony is a classic gay character name. Like, if a character's name is Anthony (or some variation thereof), they are absolutely not straight.

I have no idea where this came from, or why it has been my assumption for so long, or how long that even is. Is it completely unfounded or is there something there?
