Y’know what would be darkly hilarious?
So, has everyone heard the Sera is to Andruil what Flemeth is to Mythal theory?
So I had a thought, what if ALL the elven gods reincarnated? Like Elgar’nan could have been Zathrian, and Andraste could have been Sylaise, and a half-elven Sandal could be June (a soul with troubles adapting to the half-dwarven-anti-magic body, but making the best of the situation) and so on, but unlike Mythal they didn’t retain their sense of self, only their talents/tempers (and longevity, should they not be killed), which explains how Sera can do things without knowledge and Zathrian could live for such a long time (and not because of the curse).
So then, when Solas brings down the Veil and sends the world into mortal danger and chaos for the sole purpose to release them, he not only finds an empty prison, but realizes he imperiled the world for nothing, against the advice of his friends (because he couldn’t see them as people through his pride), and now he has to eat humble pie.
“And this is what unyielding pride brings,” a friendly/romanced Inquisitor says before they deck him in the face. Possibly with a whole party of elven god-vessels behind them.
Then possibly the elven god-souls in the vessels sacrifice themselves to stop the world from ending or something (because unless it is the last Dragon Age game, they’re going to need Thedas to remain habitable).
