Following my personal/mental update, I'll post irregular 10 things that made me happy recently

(my therapist said to journal about it, well, I'll yell about it here on my trash blog)

1. This morning I woke up to @fluffandgiggles telling me that Josh and Axel from my original story are one of the fictional couples that help her distract her mind from heavy stuff and drift off to sleep by thinking about their couple energy, like that is such a huge compliment😭 My day is already blessed and it's barely 8 AM.

2. Taylor Swift has got a new video and it's so typically quirky and funny, I just can't help but love that woman.

3. Finally getting back into playing Genshin Impact after fiiinally moving my PS4 to my boyfriend's place, and I also started Honkai Star Rail now that I've got a laptop that can handle PC gaming and ahhh it's so much fun.

4. My boyfriend and I went on a sunny cycling trip last weekend and visited his grandma, and also my friend and her boyfriend. Such a lovely time~

5. I BOUGHT THE MDZS MANHUA AND IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I MEAN LOOOOK-

6. Some Japanese expats came to say goodbye at our office this week (going back to Japan) and the woman gave me such a sweet hug and said she would miss me, that's so sweet, and like rare to happen in business settings. I was so touched!!!

7. Last night I saw two people walk a little dog and it was so fluffy, so round, so happy. Like instant happiness boost after seeing that little animal. I didn't even pet it (too shy to ask). Just seeing it made me so happy :D

8. Yesterday I had a rly good workout session at the gym while listening to the banger soundtrack of Attack on Titan. I can tell you working out while listening to "SASAAAAGEYO" is one of the best things ever, and you've got that from someone who hated working out always and despised everything related to sports that wasn't sports anime! I'm slowly improving and motivated to get even better in shape^^

9. Joe Hisaishi is coming to Amsterdam this year for a Studio Ghibli concert and ya girl's got tickets to go see him together with my bf~~~ so exciting!!! Something to look forward to!!!!!!

10. My vacation is getting closer and I am EXCITED. I'm excitedly putting together some queue plans for both my main blog and @sons-of-walter and also got an exciting little surprise coming up🥰🥰🥰

i don't want a mature boyfriend. at least, not all the way mature. i want him to be able to act mature when it's necessary, of course, but not all the time. i want him to be silly, goofy, and funny. i want him to make me laugh, but also show me that he cares about me. that sounds like perfection to me. random tickle fights in his living room, dressing up and going trick-or-treating like little kids, having dance parties to our favorite music in my bedroom. that sounds like pure happiness and i think it's what everyone deserves.

so I was serving a customer at my till in work yesterday and her 6yo son rolled by in the trolley child seat and said to me “Hello young lady” so I replied “hello young man :)” and then after they paid and before they left the son said “you are a handsome girl” and it made me smile and so I replied back to “and you’re a pretty boy”

I just wanted to let you know that pure/innocent interaction just made me so incredibly happy and that little boy will never know

Random Happiness #1

Following my personal/mental update, I'll post irregular 10 things that made me happy recently

(my therapist said to journal about it, well, I'll yell about it here on my trash blog)

1. I started working out at the gym for the first time and was really scared at first, but the people there were so nice and welcoming, I'm confident I can get over this awkwardness and slowly get more fit again!

2. Because of the workout thing I bought fairbuds and they are so convenient omg why didn't I do this sooner. Now I can carry music with me way easier loool. *I only had the oldskool earphones until now*

3. Showed @fluffandgiggles preview snippets of Part 4: King of Hearts in my original story and got the sweetest positive feedback😭❤️ motivation to write those chapters has multiplied.

4. Looked up the dutch sealcentre zeehondencentrumpieterburen on YouTube again which went viral in Japan in 2024, and saw it wasn't just a temporary thing. Japanese people are still! chatting! happily in the cute seal livestreams, thats just adorable. I love seals.

5. I'm also looking up fanart, memes and scenes of Corbeau in Pokemon Legends: Z-A. I love him. He's hilarious. I was going to wait until I finish the game, but I think it's already time to hunt for some tickle fics with him.

6. Planned 2 dates with my bf and also plans with a friend for KOREAN BBQ NEXT WEEK AAAA excited.

7. Got a new commission idea and asked @ppyspsps about it already 😏 exciiite

8. My boss said for my next business trip to Japan she wants to give me a day off on the Friday while usually I had to join meetings and stuff. She said I want you to enjoy Japan and have fun too, even though I'll have some evenings and weekend to myself too. So kind.

9. Got a lot of positive work evaluations the past week and compliments from my superiors.

10. Announced my new The Mad Party original story update just now and saw people flocking to my site immediately to check my cringe writing 😭❤️ it's one thing to write for myself and another to have people enjoy it. Thanks everyone❤️❤️❤️

5 years ago today, it was announced that Seb would be at SLCC15.

Just a day prior, my bff & I were talking about how cool but improbable it would be if Seb would be a guest alongside Chris.

Wish granted.

Convo three nights back with hubby that I'd like to put here so it'll be a part of my core memory.

Me: When we were dating, did you foresee that we would be able to talk about whatever kinda topics with each other?

Hubby: Of course! (In a tone that beams confidence + no hesitation) Bedek ke kalau I tak nampak that we can talk all sorts of things... :'DD
