If I had a nickel for anytime I have been obsessed with a band called Lucy, I'd have two nickels which aren't alot but it is weird that it has happened twice. One is a Danish indie band and the other is a Korean band with a violinist, I love them both, even if they are very different.

Lucy supremacy all the way.

Listen to "Amor" too its so good, they need to release more music. As for the other Lucy their songs "I Got U" and "Flowering" are really good.

Amor is in Danish but that should scare anyone

The two other songs are in Korean but it once again shouldn't scare you away

The violin in "Flowering" might be the most beautiful use of violin, in a non classical song, I have ever heard. It should be said I don't know alot of music with violin in it but it still has to count for something.

I want to take a moment to promote navigatorjai, my best friend of 18 years. She's only a little older than me, but manages to:

speak 5-8 languages; I forget the exact number because I can't keep up

have graduated with two BAs, one in Japanese and one in Classical Studies

have learned Japanese, lived in Japan, and taught English to adorable Japanese children, yet totally skipped the weaboo phase

be currently working for a renown no-kill shelter while training to be a vet tech, functioning as a sort of all-animal-whisperer

make incredibly delicious food, especially baked goods; notably, doing things with Bailey's Irish Cream that would increase their profits big time if word got out

be a talented photographer of everything from garden flowers to whole cityscapes

be the only person who claims to be Irish in the U.S. who is actually Irish

make asexuality sexy

draw and write beautifully

have put up with my shit for 18 years

She isn't into TMNT (not in the fandom sense, anyway), but otherwise, if you follow me you definitely want to follow her. She's certainly the most interesting person I've ever known personally, for sheer complexity.
