@paperbeliefs asked where some of the ambiences I listen to are and I thought it would be easier to just post some of my faves from YouTube:

NONE OF THESE ARE MINE I JUST LIKE LISTENING TO THEM

Tony Stark's Lab Ambience by Adri's Ambience (classic rock with mechanical noises and occasional character dialogue, 30 min)

Tony Stark's Workshop Ambience by Wade Wojcik (iron man soundtracks, mechanical sound effects and occasional character dialogue about 1 hour)

Stark Tower Music and Ambience from Ambient Worlds (iron man soundtrack music with thunderstorm sound effects)

Adri's Ambience also has some other marvel ambiences (I haven't listened to all of them but loved their iron man one so thought it was worth mentioning)

Ambient Worlds (one of my personal faves) has a ton of fandom ambiences including marvel, harry potter, game of thrones, star wars, pirates of the caribbean, generic ambience and so much more! (no dialogue just sound effects and soundtrack music)
