This year’s holiday gifts! 2015 didn’t get gifts because it was a rough winter and I didn’t have time to post any gifts for people ;A; So 2016 I made myself select a few people to get presents ;u; I wish I could get to every single one of my friends, but I would be dead from all that work that wouldn’t get posted on time XD;

I love the color you use to make things creppy! TEACH ME Master

Thanks uvu I was just going with a lot of dark hues and either monochromatic reds, and sometimes a few red violets, or split complimentary with reds and blue greens to work on ‘em. Mostly red was my main color, and I’d use really saturated reds to highlight stuff.

I kept in mind to work with a lot of ugly muddy colors for my shading and base colors to add a more displeasing tone, but without taking away the focus from my main reds. Blue greens worked really well in that case, but if I was going monochrome I’d just go with dark, brownish reds.

And here’s a little bit of color psychology |3 The abundance of red in these drawings I kept since red is usually associated with danger and such. Adding greens I came up with a little later since (at least in american culture from what I’ve been told) this color is usually seen as disgusting and unapealing.

With all the drawing I’ve been doing but never been posting (due to spoiler reasons) it feels nice to finally show something, even if it’s OC. But, these are the children of Moon Moon and Graffiti. 

Meet Fig and Cherry! <3 They’re twins.

Well, what I’ve learned so far for noses has been mainly through observation, but I’ll try to explain how I look at them.So here’s a lousy tutorial thing??
