Anybody in New York?
I have not posted in sooooo long becaus I am trying to just keep it together being so busy at work (positive busy).
And work has rewarded me grandly. It looks like I am going to be in New York for ten days from mid-September.
Do you know any friendly face that would be kind enough to show another friendly face ( me ) around ans share coffee and drinks?

It is a grey and rainy day in Essex. But we have flowers, so the sun shall shine.
Looking at nature photography
I kinda randomly realise I don't think I have dreams of nature.. I remember years and years ago dreaming of jumping up and down the Alps (Swiss Alps?) Not sure. And once as a young child I flew over a tall tall mountain with a hole on top with green water and I remember feeling very afraid, all this in my dreams of course. Years later I come across some photos of such mountains in a magazine, never knew they existed. Now, my dreams seem to be of many people I don't know, strange houses and places that I seem to visit and dream of often. And busy,busy dreams! I want peaceful, nature filled dreams. Many times as I'm trying to sleep, I close my eyes and so many images pass by,zoning in on people, places,situations and I open my eyes and think how or why am I seeing such images??!! It's amazing sometimes.. Anyhow, just saying.

First day of work in nine months!
Today started as a busy day. Straight back from the skiing holidays, I had an interview with a recruiting agency in central London. And it ended it with a day of work! Happy me! I went in the interview half thinking that it would again take ages before they would come back to me to tell me that t was no. And it wasn't. The lady that received me presented me to the team of recruiters, asking them if they had any positions (permanent and temporary) that could suit me. And this other lady at the end of the office asking me if I am OK to do reception work and to start today. Oh yes indeed, I am ready to that! I haven't worked in nine months, I want to go out of the flat and earn a bit of money so I can contribute to the household. Well happy me. They did send me to do a day of reception. It was funny. I had to take name and contact details. I managed to transform Desiree in Deirdre and Logan in Malcolm. It is so hard to hear correctly on the phone. And sometimes people talk so fast, without thinking that their names are not that easy to get over the noisy phone environment.
