Ranger Week Prompts List!

Got a finalized prompt list for Ranger Week this year, in celebration of the series's 20th anniversary! Despite the name, it'll be three weeks long. Starting on Monday, March 23rd (20th anniversary of the Japanese release) and ending on Monday, April 13th (19th anniversary of the European release). It gives people more time to get their works done.

Tag works with #rangerweek2026 so I can see and reblog them! Any kind of fanwork is allowed (art, writing, crafts, etc.), as long as it's not AI generated.

At the request of @silentmagi​ here is the Ranger 1 from Galaxy Rangers!

This was more of a challenge than I thought it would be, and not for the reasons you might think. I found a few reference images, and worked off of there. However, bottom line is that this is based off of a cartoon, so by design, there is not much detail here. My biggest challenge was NOT adding in my own details to spice things up. I almost went and made it “Cinematic”, which would involve a lot more detail that wasn’t on the original, and possibly a slight redesign. 

In fact, if Magi is alright with it, I might go ahead and do that! Basically, how I would design this if it were to be in a movie today.

Today we are delving deep into the many mysteries surrounding the Etain Ruins in ARK: Survival Evolved.

New Tomodachi Life is fun, made some Ranger 1 characters already.

Girls don't have any face paint, and the guys just have it for their headbands. These are the only Ranger 1 characters I plan on adding, but I'll show off some SoA/GS Miis once I make them.

Some fun tidbits:

Lunick and Solana have their manga birthdays (May 18th and September 16th respectively). Spenser's is March 20th (first day of spring in 2006 because release year), and Tiffany's is April 4th (04/04, because Quads).

For their personalities (using US version's terms), Solana is a Reserved Strategist (headcanon because I have her as my protag and can do what I want), Lunick is a Considerate Buddy (he's your pal), Spenser is an Outgoing Dynamo (vibes), and Tiffany is an Outgoing Charmer (vibes). Might have to update the personalities at some point, it has been a bit since I played Ranger 1.
