Cuddling with your girlfriends (luckily they're both firebenders)

Fem!Reader x Rangshi

This was wonderful.

The best part of your day already, even though it has just started.

The sun was peeking in through the blinds, the birds were chirping outside and the winter chill was creeping in through the walls, seeping into your home.

But not your bed.

Not you.

Because you had not one but two warm furnaces at your sides. One of them was almost laying on top of you and breathing down your neck while clinging to the larger but slightly cooler one on the other side, which took up a large portion of the bed and was snoring softly because of a slight cold.

And you?

You were right in the middle.

Surrounded by warmth that shielded you from the cold chill of the howling wind outside.

You snuggled into Kyoshi's side comfortably, maybe to make a statement towards the looming cold.

The avatar squinted into the dimm sunlight tiredly before finally getting an understanding of the situation.

When she saw you pushing your hands under the blanket to seek out more warmth like a lizard would, she smiled.

And gave you a soft kiss on the forehead.

Even though kiss would be an exaggeration. It was more so just laying her lips on your forehead and letting them rest there.

At the same time a second pair of lips sneak attacked you from behind, pressing against your neck with the warmth of the sun.

What else is there to do but lay in the comfortable warmth of your bed?

And you wouldn't have it any other way.

The promised continuation(?) of the other one! Parallel fic? Idk. (⁠๑⁠•⁠﹏⁠•⁠)

Tried making this one slightly more focused on Kyoshi but I think I failed. Whatever.

This should be wonderful.

This should be one of the best parts of your day. Snuggled in between your girlfriends as the sun rises and the birds chirp their sweet songs outside.

But no. 

Both of them just had to train beforehand. In firebending specifically.

There was no sweet bird song. Or the gentle peeking of the sun past the blinds.

Just faint moonlight and the feeling of your clothes sticking to your skin uncomfortably.

Rangi was laying practically on top of you to get a good grip on both you and Kyoshi. For „safety reasons”.

Sure.

Kyoshi was sprawled out on the bed, taking up at the very least half of it. One of her arms was under your head, acting as a pillow, and the other one was holding onto Rangi’s arm over you.

And you?

You were right in the middle of all of this.

Caged in. It felt like being wrapped in a thick blanket while sitting in front of an open fire in the middle of summer.

Unbearable.

But there was no way out. 

They had surrounded you. And if you moved, Rangi would surely wake up and immediately assume some kind of devious plot. Like trying to escape from them to find a different place for sleeping.

An unacceptable thought.

You manage to lay still for what felt like 10 minutes but was most likely just 5 seconds.

Then you just have to move. 

It’s a necessity.

The easiest way would be straight down. You would have to pass through their tangled legs but at least there wasn't a body right there.

Just as you expected, the second you started moving, Rangi’s grip tightened with an annoyed grumble.

When you keep moving, she glares down at you suspiciously.

„I’m warm”, you whispered, even though Kyoshi probably wouldn't wake up from normal talking volume.

Rangi scoffs but let's you out.

When you came back, freshly dressed and bathed, Rangi was still waiting. Or watching Kyoshi sleep.

Probably both.

She looked just slightly offended when you layed down behind Kyoshi -the slightly colder of the two.

She did however look slightly more content when she got to hold your hand over Kyoshi’s sleeping form.

That was how you would spend your morning.

Until Kyoshi woke up, also feeling kind of warm from Rangi pressed against her all night.

Luckily for her -and unluckily for you- she quickly noticed that you were noticeably cooler than Rangi.

One thing led to another and you ended up with a warm Avatar wrapped around you, mumbling how nice and warm you were, and a giggling Lieutenant next to her.

And you wouldn't have it any other way.

Might also do one where them being firebenders is a good thing. But we’ll see (⁠.⁠ ⁠❛⁠ ⁠ᴗ⁠ ⁠❛⁠.⁠)

I know that this is kind of Rangi heavy but I really think that Kyoshi sleeps like a rock. 

She would not wake up from someone being too warm.

Soooo she's kind of passive in this until the end?
