I've always thought that Kishimoto creates a great relationship between children and villains.

What is it about the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist taking in children and living for them? Do all of them have adoptees???
I genuinely think Naruto had something going for it when it took characters like Gaara, Haku, Ranmaru,Isaribi,Naruto, Sasuke to an extent, and said “children devoid of love and a support system tend to latch on to the first sign of affection they recieve” and also that “they’re vulnerable to manipulation by others and deserve some level of sympathy even if they commit deplorable acts later on due to said manipulation”
