he's very patient with you
but of course, everyone has their limits
he doesn't understand why you can't just take the medicine
he's become immune to pretty much everything with how much he travels, so he's sorta forgot how terrible it tastes
he knows this, but even then, he feels like maybe you should still take it...
he has helped you take it every time though, if it makes you feel any better
GONTA
with you sick, he automatically becomes a cartaker for you
he's so careful with you. he wants to make sure you're comfortable. but for you to be comfortable, you have to take the medicine
so it's a bit hard for him to understand
all he knows is that medicine is supposed to help
why won't you take it?
once you explain it, he sort of understands, but he still tries to get you to take it best he can

he literally does not care that you're sick or if you take your medicine
the only reason he would force you to take it would be if your coughing got on his nerves
which happens once making fun of your weakened state loses it's fun (which is fairly quickly because it is very hard to keep him entertained)
but other than that he either:
stays the fuck away from you because he doesn't want to get sick
or:
purposefully spends as much time around you so that he gets deathly ill and you have to take care of him
