"Nice to meet you May!" He said offering his hand to help her up.

She accepted his hand with a long smile and wide blank eyes. May liked the way he said her name.  Once she was standing, she started twisting her shoulders around again, but only for a couple moments before she opted to start walking towards her job. She paused for a second to see if he was still going to walk with her.

"My name is Ivan.." He smiled. "And you? My dear lady?" He asked in a polite tone.

Being horribly inexperienced with men, she began blushing and swinging her shoulders. It looked much like the movements of a little girl.

"May."

"Of course I would!! But uh..Where do you work?" He said trying his chance at making this more comfortable for her.

His enthusiasm seemed almost lost on her as her demeanor was exactly the same.  "I work at union Vet. I take care of animals there. It's pretty gross sometimes." May made a face. "What's your name?"

Hey!!! I care!! I just never got to see it! If I had I would have!!

((Okay. So there's you, too. I just feel like hardly anyone cares. You know.. I keep thinking about deleting my account because I don't feel like anyone even cares.. or would be sad if I deleted. Aside from well, mostly just Alex.))

"I see.." He said also feeling the rather odd air of the room and just smiled.

She turned her head to leave for a couple times before pausing. "Um." May tilted her head towards him, avoiding his gaze. "Would you walk to work with me?"

He took her hand and with a smile told her. "Don't worry..I'm not anyone to do anything bad.." He said about to complete the shake.

May didn't flinch at the contact. Her eyes followed his hand as he took hers. She kept it limp in his grasp, unsure of what she was supposed to do. "You have nice fingers," she commented.

"Well I think you can be a little less nervous about a hello given to you~" He chuckled lightly before extending his hand out to shake hers.

May looked at his hand for a moment before looking at the ground, her face twinged in red. Instead of reaching out to meet his hand, she continued to twist her hands around each other.

"Hello!" He smiled to the stranger.

May was startled by him, her skin giving a little jump. Even then, she wasen't sure if he was talking to her. People didn't talk to her often, let alone make a conscious decision to go out of their way and speak to her. She was sure she seemed like a big idiot by then. The blonde twisted her hands together nervously. " Hi," she murmured looked just below his eyes.
