Despite what you may be thinking, the theme of today's gif dump is not "Jeremy Powers doing things for infinity"
I just finished watching like 2 hours of Behind the Barriers with Jeremy Powers. It made me wish I could be racing cross right now. Then again, going that hard right now, doesn't sound appealing. Last season, my logic was that if I rode at high intensities I would be in shape for the season. Maybe that does work, but I didn't feel like I got much out of my early season training, so cyclocross just doesn't align with my goals. The Rapha-Focus team looks like they have a lot of fun though. The videos were funny. Jeremy Powers does a really good job of interacting with his fans and being a good spokesperson for the sport of cyclocross. Pro cyclists outside of cyclocross wouldn't do this, I'm not sure about other CX guys, but it just seems that outside of Jens Voigt, there is quite a separation between fans and pros.

Today I came so close to my best ever #cyclocross World Cup finish. Unfortunately I crashed hard & lost time! 10th place & happy! #koksijde— Gabriella Day (@Gabby_Day) November 24, 2012
