Over the course of four days my band RAQIA worked in studio in the beautiful hills of east Los Angeles creating our second full length record, culminating in making this music video of the opening track FIRE ON COYOTE RIDGE. We had a great time working together and with engineers Jason Adams and Ryan Knouf and we are energized to head out on the road next week! since moving to Los Angeles earlier this year I have had the very good fortune to meet and form a new group with two incredibly talented musicians, violinist Greg Allison and guitarist Tad Piecka. this is our first record. 

This is an album of instrumental music, blending ambient, modern classical, and folk. We hope our work gives the same feeling of sanctuary to our listeners as it has to us in the making of it. Thank you for listening.
