A bit on the personal side but for the past year or more my periods have been very irregular. One month I'm in pain (to the point I'm taking a day or two off from work) and the next month I barely have any pain. I heard from someone on Instagram that raspberry leaf can help with the pain so you know I have to try it!.
I've only had a cup of it today but so far what little cramps I've had (as I'm not quite on my period yet) seem to have disappeared. Will update as I go along with this journey!
