Rose
On a hot and sunny day, a Rose is a beautifully refreshing classic. Happy Friday!
Ingredients (serves 4):
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
45 millilitres/1.5 fluid ounces (3 tablespoons) Rose Syrup
a dozen ice cubes
120 millilitres/4 fluid ounces (8 tablespoons) chilled Vermouth
90 millilitres/3 fluid ounces (6 tablespoons) Kirsch
In a small bowl, crush raspberries with a fork, to release their juice. Stir in Rose Syrup until well-blended.
In a shaker, combine cubes , fresh raspberry syrup, chilled Vermouth and Kirsch. Shake energetically for about a minute. Then, strain into four cocktail glasses.
Serve Rose Cocktail immediately.
