These raspberry ume rose popsicles taste great because they are sweet, sour, and floral all at the same time. It's the perfect treat for a cool day!
Ingredients: 2 cups fresh raspberries. 1/4 cup ume plum vinegar. 2 tablespoons rose water. 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup. 1 cup coconut water.
Instructions: In a blender, combine raspberries, ume plum vinegar, rose water, honey or agave syrup, and coconut water. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Once frozen, remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!
