These refreshing rose popsicles are a delightful treat, perfect for hot summer days. The subtle floral flavor of rose water combined with creamy richness makes them a unique and indulgent dessert.
Ingredients: 2 cups rose water. 1/2 cup sugar. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Edible rose petals optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Rose water and sugar should be mixed in a saucepan. Stir the mixture while heating it over medium heat until all the sugar is dissolved. Leave it alone until it's cool enough to touch. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract and mix well. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, which should take at least 6 hours. Just run the molds under warm water for a second to get the popsicles out of the molds after they are frozen. Carefully take the popsicles out of the molds, and if you want, you can decorate them with edible rose petals before serving.
