So… we were at the book store and found some nice things 🫢😂 Also, when we were looking at books there was a person with a black denim jacket with the soldier on it from Black Parade but they had earphones on so they didn’t hear or see me pointing at the MCR shirt I’m wearing…

While I have all the reason in the world to be angry at the plague rat the only person my anger is hurting is myself... It feels like a burning coal but I just have to drop it and clear my heart...

I can't find it in my heart yet to wish her the best - I hope she's sad and lonely and looks in the mirror everyday and realises that she's a person of no integrity. Maybe that's it - a person of no integrity can't expect to find happiness... so she can just suffer her own consequences...

I can't abide bad boundaries and people with no respect. But holding onto this negativity is only hurting me - and she did enough of that before...

just bought ridiculously hot new outfits today - will be perfect for intimidating the fuck out of any damn scrap rats...

The look on my butch's face when I walked out of the change room was priceless too - she nearly fell off the boyfriend sofa. I love that she likes watching me try on clothes :)

I had awesome Skype chats w my NY bestie today... it was so good to get to discuss the situation (aka - rat problem) with her. She totally understands allll the feels and was also very balanced. Well except for having a hate for the little pet rat - but then she's just got that wrong feeling that intuitive people pick up on automatically - hmmm - no more Mistress-nice-girl in *that* direction!

I'm feeling much calmer and less stabby and panicky thank goodness...

Rat Theory

A scraprat is a "single" person of any gender who consistently sniffs around after other people's partners looking for sex/attention. They come in two distinct versions; pet rats and plague rats. Pet rats end up attracted to people in negotiated poly and/or open relationships. Sometimes they don't actually want to be someone's primary partner, and they enjoy having an erotic relationship without the burden of partnership. However often they are making do with being person <1 when really they wish they could be someone's special person. Trying to feed themselves on whatever scraps are left over from the primary relationship. Plague rats on the other hand have no integrity... they often form friendships with someone they're attracted to then push the boundaries of flirtation to see what might happen. This of course does not excuse un-ethical behaviour on the object of their ratty affections! Plauge rats love drama and conflict, they're looking for an excuse to dash in and snatch whatever they can. Another character common in the poly and BDSM communities is the "rat catcher" - a person who has a keen eye for scrap rats and likes to accumulate them. Feed them the occasional scrap of attention but it is to the Rat Catcher's benefit to keep them hungry and unsure... that way they'll never be confident enough to realise they can have more.
