Khutaghat is a beautiful dam and reservoir located at a distance of 10-12 km from Ratanpur in Bilaspur.

It was originally a lake constructed in 1926-30 by the Britishers. Constructed on the Kharang river, the dam is majorly useful for irrigation purposes.
