Umm I don't know if they said as much for him. I think the only time they outright stated it was with Kurt, Blaine, and Spencer. Maybe Karofsky? I don't remember

But it's basically like "this boy shows attraction to another boy, he can only be gay!" and that's supposed to be it. So everyone just assumes that Sebastian, Adam, and Alistair are all gay as well. As for Elliott, people just assume he's gay bc he's Adam Lambert, even tho we never saw him in any same sex attraction, besides calling Kurt cute. Which is why I'm an ace Elliott truther <3

The only times (I can find rn) that Ratbastian used the word gay was in an insulting way towards both Kurt and Blaine. So whatever his orientation, he's an asshole uwu
