So. When i rescued Luna they said she had worms and they were going to kill her. I had a vet appt and everything set up. This morning I woke up around 5am to lots of squeaking and thought maybe the three rats got into a scuffle (happens from time to time), but they were all sound asleep. I check on each one and find that Luna is A NEW MOM! I got a final headcount of TWELVE babies strategically buried and warmed in bedding/blankets. New mom Luna is showing no signs of neglect and is very happy to show off her new little ones to me. They all have milk in their bellies too, which means she’s making sure everyone gets fed. What does this mean? LAS VEGAS/LOS ANGELES FRIENDS. The babies will be rehomed at four weeks and I’m giving you guys first dibs. If you are outside of these cities, you MUST have a way to come to me to pick them up. These are only to be rehomed as pets NOT FEEDERS. Let me know if you are interested and if you care about what gender you get. I’ll give another final headcount on the babies after a week which is usually the survival mark for young pinkies if any may not make it ☺️ #ratmom #ratties #rat #dumborat #ratsofinstagram #vegasratmom #ratstagram #rats #pinkies #babyrats #ratsforadoption #ratsforpets #rehoming
