Mystic flour details:
Mystic flour is immortal, she’s been around for hundreds of years taking care of the Ivory Pagoda, and is known as “The Shaman”. She’s on the same wavelength of power as Elder Faerie to put it into perspective. Cloud Haetae is her assistant/guardian, and her familiar is a Spider named White Wheat!
She’s teaches young magic users that currently immigrate to the Pagoda so they can learn magic safely and away from non magic users (including Fount/Shadow Milk, though he was educated before he had to move to her Pagoda)
And as always Fount-Shadow Milk stole books from her too
His yearn for knowledge scares me
Anyways, Mystic Flour has surrounded the pagoda and its mountain line in a deep fog of flour to keep the location a secret (though there is a way for magic users to get in besides the giant staircase, but that’s a secret)
Many non-users have tried to find the place but just like the Sixth Kingdom it too is impossible to find, and the fog has been said to suffocate those who stay in it for too long.
Salt of Solidarity: (not silent salt because I like his green pallet better ^^)(and I can throw more bricks at him)
Currently is maintaining a fortress near the Spice Islands to protect the colonies growing there (it’s on the biggest island)
Salt Cellar is his second in command 👍
Also silentelderlily is canon(ish, they don’t see each other very often but they all love each other romantically)
Also I want to hear opinions on his non-helmet face because it’s growing on me but I want to hear some thoughts anyways

OK first off I don’t like soup. Idk why but it’s gotta hit me jusssttt right for me to want soup and it is almost never when I’m sick. So soup is off the table
Secondly when I get sick I lose the want to eat. Everything is ick (taste wise). Except for the following:
Shepherd’s pie (gyro or ground beef meat mixed with mirepoix + corn and peas if you feel like it, all under a good helping of mashed potatoes with a sprinkle of paprika) this is my autism hash. It fulfills all the food requirements except for fruit so just have some applesauce or grapes with it you got yourself a balanced meal :) (I will gladly give you the recipe!)
Applesauce with potato chips (TRUST ME ITS GOOD OK), substitute chips for rice (DO NOT USE DORITOS)
Rice with gyro meat and dried (sweetened) coconut
Eggs (scrambled) (pro tip: add a little Irish cream into the egg mix before putting it on the skillet trust me)
Basically anything without spices is good bc being sick messes with my taste buds
DRINK WATER WITH YOUR MEALS 🫵🫵🫵
However my biggest tip is this:
The most important thing you can do for yourself if you cannot physically get yourself to eat is to drink your calories. Have a full sugar soda, drink a protein drink, make a smoothie, drink straight creamer, it doesn’t matter! Just get some calories in your body so it can heal, that’s all that matters

I have a question for Stolen Seas (btw I love it so much can't wait for the next chapter!) how does White Lily fit into it/ if at all? Is she part of the Forest Kingdom?

First off I will say chapter 6 is almost finished and I will give a reason for why it’s so late, but it will be finished soon
White Lily is a more mysterious character in Stolen Seas, so I’ll go over her basics of her current state
She is a mage who lives in the moors near the Valley Kingdom, cut off from most of society, except for three orphans she found by accident (that being Gingerbrave, Strawberry Cookie, and Wizard Cookie) who she takes care of.
She grows a lot of herbs and goes down to the villages nearby to sell them to make a bit of change.
She also wields a Soul Jam like Shadow Milk, and her familiar is a deerfox
And lastly she has some connections to Silent Salt but I have yet to fully refine them
She will likely be part of the story after [major plot event]

Oh god that’s hard bc my own perception of them as characters changes on a dime
In short I like Healerfount the best bc I’m a sucker for old married people love and I think they compliment each other the most
However I also like to think that Pure Vanilla is a very aro-ace coded person with how he perceives stuff, White Lily and him probably dated but he just really cares about friends. Idk how to elaborate on that right now, I’m on the ace spectrum so it’s really just me projecting
Shadow milk has his own issues with his personhood and loss of identity. He needs to go on his own journey of healing before they can actually become anything couple related. Bro literally never had a childhood.
Also I need pure vanilla to accept that he can’t just fix shadow milk, again Hes traumatized and had no childhood. It takes a village to support someone, that needs to happen as a group, not as an individual
Also stolen seas Shadowvanilla has shifted quite a bit from what I was originally planning bc I realized the positions I put the two of them changes how their relationship works so I’m excited to write a completely new dynamic for them (again more ace spectrum stuff bc thats just how I roll 🤠)
