How many years has it been and they're still trying to debunk Cloud and Aerith as lovers when they've already been depicted as such? Cloud and T/ifa never have... they don't have romantic chemistry. Cloud and Aerith always have though. I don't get these folks sometimes. o.o

I remember when I first joined the fandom in 2007, I had CT shippers rubbing it in my face that “koibito” was used in a quote for T/ifa (I was very new and had no idea about the LTD). They said it proved CT were lovers. Clerith fans always argued that it didn’t say she was a koibito to anyone (especially not Cloud), rather she was LIKE a koibito (officially translated as sweetheart). 

Flash-forward to 2009, Nojima says Cloud is Aerith’s “koibito”... and suddenly the word means jack to them. 

Cloud and Aerith are entirely confirmed. The only aspect of the LTD left to argue about is if Cloud moves on. Which he doesn’t.
