John didn’t notice Sherlock at first in the restaurant because he spent so long looking and wanting and needing Sherlock to be alive. He probably spent the first few months after his death stopping people on the street who looked even remotely like Sherlock and in the end he just gave up searching and accepted his death and urgh it hurts so much.

Hey so I read your thing and honestly I've been trying to write something like it for weeks but couldn't quite piece together the right words, and you did that spectacularly so thanks. I agree with you 99.99%, because I don't hate this website, but I hate some of the people on it. I'm gonna miss seeing your posts on my dash, but good luck either way. I'm just glad I'm not the only one feeling this way, and hopefully you'll realise that your not either.

ahhh thank you so much for saying these things, i know i'm not the only one on this site that feels this way, but sometimes it sure as hell feels like it. 

plus, thank you and bless you for saying you'll miss me, that honestly means a lot, you have no idea. i'll still be here though, just not as involved with the site as i was if that makes sense. i won't be deleting for a while and the hiatus page i'm going to use allows you to see my posts when i choose, it will just give me some peace of mind :)
