And that’s a legitimate question to ask! Especially with something that happened so long ago (even if it was in relatively-recent history), how can anyone say “that’s not funny now, but maybe in a decade or two” (or whatever)? It doesn’t make sense.

I know I've said, "That's not funny now, maybe in a week or two." But I think 67 years is plenty long if you're ever going to find it funny.

I think once we're in double digits and you don't find it funny, you never will.

I understand what you’re saying, but, personally, I wouldn’t say that it’s too soon at all. I’d just say that it’s one of those things that I think shouldn’t ever be joked about.

And that's fine. But she implied that it would be okay to joke about after a set period of time. I just don't know how long that would be.

No, I don't even know what that is lol. What I mean is when, for example, I "like" a post and the option to "block" is there. If I click it, will something go terribly wrong for me? Something I cannot undo?!?! I guess I won't find out myself because I'm a little chicken shit.
