Earlier today I received this cover of Wale's Bad by Raven Pilar, who is an aspiring singer and songwriter who has been working within New York's underground music scene since her late teens. Her vocals and performance quality add a feminine flare and sensual feeling to the song, which she pulls together with original lyrics to match the songs original chorus. I truly appreciated this cover, and the fact that it kept true to the original message of the song while still incorporating original lyrics and harmonies.
