Fluffy Beetroot Almond Pinkshake

This is one of the recipe I created myself during my solid food vacation. I call it the Fluffy Pink shake because it has the creamiest baby pink color, (I know sooo appetizing right!!) it also has a fluffy layer of foam which is no doubt the best part of this drink. I just can’t wait to share the recipe with you, otherwise it would be too selfish of me to hide it from you.
Seriously, you have to try this!!
For this recipe you need:
1 small beetroot
1-2 apples depends how sweet you want it to be
1 cup of almonds soaked overnight
To make this, you will be using a high speed blender and a slow juicer, I used Vitamix and Omega8004 (my babies).
Step one. Blend the cup of almonds with three cups of spring water for 1 minute high speed.
Step two. Turn on your juicer and pour the blended mixture to the juicer and let the juicer extract your delicious homemade almond milk.
Step three. Once you are done juicing your almond milk, juice the apples and beetroot, you should notice a beautiful dark pink color coming out of your juicer.
Step four. pour your juice mixture into a mason jar and vuala! You have got the perfect Pink shake with a foaming almond milk top.
It absolutely felt like a heaven in a jar which brought me a lot of joy and positivity at the time when I was juice fasting and I hope you enjoy it too and share it with your family and friends.
