Even though my body is still healing from the accident and isn't where I would like to be (I'm just being honest with myself.) I'm taking on challenges not because I'm going to look good. No just the opposite- I will be making an ass of myself. For years I have been sharing with others how yoga is not just the asanas (postures) it's the breath.
