My go to oils for aches and pains. Today, I came home with a wicked muscle ache and the beginnings of a nagging pain in my right knee. I used Lemongrass oil for joint support. A few drops neat rubbed onto my knee joint. Dilute with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil for sensitive skin. For muscle ache relief, my go to are: 2 💧copaiba 3 💧Deep blue blend Mixed these together and rubbed it into my right calf muscle Less than 10 minutes and the pain was nonexistent.
