Introducing Raw Natural Strength
So you might be asking yourself. What the hell is Raw Natural Strength all about? Well basically my passion is helping people. I have seen lots of people suffering in their day to day life due to them not being able to do something that the really want to do, whether that be a mother that struggles to pick up their child, a father that can’t play with football his kids or someone who is struggling with family life due to stress at work. These are just a few examples I can think of that I believe can all be solved by doing one thing. Exercising and gaining strength.
Why do I believe this! Well because I’ve been in a lot of these situations myself and quickly came to realise that through exercising and lifting weights I was able to overcome the problems in my life. I’m not going to go into the science behind why this works as I’m not a scientist 😉but trust me it works. Simply get to the gym and lift some weights and see how that stress from the day disappears, see how you become stronger and your able to move better, see how your confidence and self esteem grows.
People don’t do exercise because they think it’s boring. Why does exercise have to be boring? The simple fact is, it doesn’t have to be. Yes pounding a treadmill or cross trainer for hours a week is boring. Forget using boring cardio equipment. Think about using light weights, body weight circuits and it’s a totally different experience. Training with a partner and competing against each other keeps you pushing yourself and keeps thing fun. Even getting off your arse and taking the dog for a walk every morning before work. Once you see the results you will be addicted. When I say results I don’t always mean hitting a new personal best in the gym, imagine your a father and you take your child to the park. Your running round and have to stop every 30 seconds to catch your breath. After a few weeks of training you take your child to the park again and guess what, You manage to run around for 5 minutes. That’s a result.
What it all boils down to is make exercising fun. Do what makes you happy. You don’t need to stick to typical cardio equipment. Don’t get me wrong if your aim is to step on stage at a bodybuilding show then yes you are going to have to do lots of cardio but if you goal is to shift 10lbs for your summer holiday then that’s a different story.
Raw Natural Strength is a community. It’s all about improving your life through strength. Go out and achieve your goals. Do anything it takes to become a better you.

I’m not here to sell workout plans or diets. Im here to motivate you and help build a better you.
