Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, broken into small florets. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine nutritional yeast, lemon juice, tamari or soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the seasoning mixture. Spread cauliflower florets in a single layer on a dehydrator tray or parchment-lined baking sheet. Dehydrate at 115F 46C for 4-6 hours, or bake at the lowest temperature setting in your oven for 2-3 hours, until cauliflower is crispy and resembles popcorn. Serve as a healthy snack or appetizer.
