Slowly getting back into #running, feels so good! I love to get outside super early, when most people are still sleeping and to feel my body moving with no rush or tension, just to enjoy being present and fully alive. Before running I practice meditation and tensegrity and after running - yoga. After all that I feel fully energized and ready to rock my work and studies for the whole day! #rawveganpower #healthylifestyle #exercise
Bananas and green mylk! (wheatgrass, basil, bananas, passionfruit powder, filtered water.) This is me showing you the easy way on how I succeed on a vegan, high raw, fruitbased hclf lifestyle all year round. My staples are ripe, fresh organic fruits (or dried when I don't have access to ripe), greens (dried powder works as well), raw B-12 ( yes, all vegans need supplements, unless you eat soil every other day 😉), raw D-vitamin (or our beautiful sun when it's up & out), clean, fresh water ( 2-3 litres a day), staying active every day (raise your heartrate and get sweaty) and a good night sleep- every night! This is truly what I thrive on, this is what makes me feel good! I also eat cooked high carb ( potatoes😋) dinners every other day for environmental and economic sustainability (hey, there are not much more than root veggies and apples growing here in Sweden- exotic fruit is expensive and has traveled a long way!) How you choose to divide your macros are entirely up to you, but please, for all the beautiful creatures living on this earth sake- GO VEGAN!
