Ray Boogie and True Da Grynch are two rappers from NYC, members of the collective group Da Henchmen, that started as support acts in club venues for the likes of Doug E Fresh, King Sun, and most notably Frankie Cutlass, who put them in his big hip-hop hit ‘Puerto Rico’ (where they gave a shout out to Da Henchmen), and also in ‘Boriquas On Da Set’ along with Fat Joe and Doo Wop, both tracks off of his sophomore album ‘Politics And Bullshit’ from 1996. One year earlier Frankie Cutlass had produced their track ‘Evil Twin Glock’ which was released as a b-side for the Remedy Man (Know As The Shanow) 12″, on Priority Records.
