Damage Control had gotten Avenger’s Mansion out of the water and I was like “huh, I figured that would occur in the actual Avengers book not a random humor book” and then... well...

Damage Control are moving back to the Flatiron Building, and they sold the big flashy Damage Control building over to DC comics since they are rolling in cash from the Batman movie.
